At first bite, the banana comes through very well but afterwards, there’s a rich fudge flavor. We like avocados, bananas, tahini, maple syrup, and of course carob, so this was destined to be a hit here.
Recipe:
2 Bananas
1 Avocado
4 Tablespoons of Raw Tahini
2 Tablespoons of Raw Carob
a dollop of Raw Maple Syrup
Throw all into a blender until it’s a pudding consistency–the texture was great.
BTW, you don’t HAVE to use tahini–you can use any kind of nut butter. Just make sure it’s raw.
