Over the years, I’ve enjoyed using natural remedies, including herbs, essential oils, and nutrition. While I’ve dabbled a bit in homeopathy, I didn’t appreciate the effectiveness until last year. One of my little ones wasn’t feeling well, but I felt he was too young for my usual tinctures and teas.
After offering homeopathic tablets, the results we saw were amazing, and now homeopathy is one of my favorite branches of natural medicine.
While I’ve found many great resources regarding homeopathy and children, adults, and families, I wanted something geared specifically for pregnancy and babies, since it’s such a precious and cautious time. I was delighted to find a copy of Homeopathy for Pregnancy, Birth, and Your Baby’s First Year by Miranda Castro and a few other resources online.

I went completely natural with baby number 5 and used shepherd’s purse to slow the bleeding after delivery (I had made it that far without an IV!) It worked amazingly well and the midwife was thrilled to have another tool in her homeopathic arsenal.
Keep up the God work.
