Adding Sites

It seems as though a little tummy virus has hit our home. 🙁 While not too bad and extremely short lived, I have a couple of cranky kids.

So now that everyone is laying down, I thought I’d post a note about adding sites and books. I’m frequently adding things but it may not be noticeable as the lists are long. In the future, I’ll try to announce when something is added. Cutting out a few would work I’m sure, but I’m surprised at how often someone tells me they discovered a book they found helpful from the blog, so I’ll try to keep all of them there.

This afternoon, I’m adding The Learning Parent which was created by Rick and Marilyn Boyer–veteran homeschooling parents of 14 children! I’ve recommended Rick Boyer’s book The Socialization Trap for awhile. While short (I read it in less than an hour), it offered some good, practical advice about making the decision to homeschool.

I’m hoping to add more books on Nutrition or Natural Health. I plan to wrap up my last module this Spring and I can start using a few of you to help get in some practice. 🙂
