We have lots of stuff happening today!
We’re back in town and trying to get our routine on track. I have my grocery list in hand and we will head to the store soon. 🙂
School is back in session and that includes Jared! I am so excited that this is his first day of “school.” We’re going to do two years of Kindergarten to build reinforcement. When we took a look through his materials last night, he was very excited–his year comes complete with lessons, a growth chart, progress reports with stickers to show completion of assignments and even a very cute report card. Jared is going to use ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) this year.
I am getting back on track with my own lessons as well after taking off a week.
All of the kids are excited to hear that today we’re headed to what they call the special store, which is just our local natural foods store. They all get to pick out some candy while we’re there if they’ve been good. And I buy a few bars of organic chocolate.
And of course we have our weekly home blessing today, so we gotta get busy!
I’m hoping to post some pictures from our trip to Alabama either this evening or tomorrow.
