Today we had our “meat” day, in which we set up all of our entrees for the next month. It took about 45 minutes but that’s because I kept pausing to take pictures and doing a few other things.
Because I soon realized it would be difficult to take pics of myself, I took pics of Morgan assembling some of the entrees. But this is good because it proves that kids can help as well.
While I wanted to include more detailed pictures, I chose to limit them to only a few as I needed to get through quickly. But after 45 minutes, we have 20-25 entrees ready to prepare at a moments notice. I didn’t prepare as much as I normally would because our vacation is planned for next month, so we just don’t need as much as usual.
I did get pics of the labels, assembling the entrees, and setting them aside. It’s also great because we clean up as we go, so there’s no mess.
As soon as I get the pictures loaded, I’ll post more details.
