Part of my mission as we “create culture and break tradition,” is learning how to make my house a pleasant haven for my family. But as I decorate, I wonder if an item truly complements our style or if there’s purpose, as I don’t like having decor simply for the sake of having it.
During my ongoing quest for decor with intent, Jackie B., an Independent Representative for Blessings Unlimited, graciously sent along a beautiful journal for me to review, as well as a catalog. Wow! So far, I’m impressed with the quality and variety of items found within the catalog’s pages.
Having enjoyed reading of One Thousand Gifts by Ann Vonskamp, I was a happy Mama when I upwrapped my own copy of the coordinating Family Gratitude Journal! It not only offers writing space and prompts for our family, but also space for pictures of various family moments, creating a keepsake for future generations.
As for other items, Blessings Unlimited is owned by DaySpring, so I’m filling my wish list with gorgeous home décor that also helps display our Christian faith. Items include, books, bake ware and other kitchen tools, candles and clocks, lovely stationery, beautiful jewelry, serving trays and platters, fun items for children, ideas for the upcoming Christmas season, as well as traditional home décor. There really is something for everyone.
