Do you remember those yummy orange creamsicle pops from childhood? This dreamy orange whip recipe is the perfect walk down memory lane, and only takes three ingredients to make! It’s yummy. It’s healthy. And it’s a must-have recipe for the books. Enjoy!

3-Ingredient Dreamy Orange Whip
This recipe may only have three ingredients but there’s quite a bit of nutritious value. For starters, concentrated orange juice is made by squeezing the juice from fresh oranges. They key is to get the kind without any added sugars. Juice concentrate contains beneficial plant compounds and are associated with many health benefits.
With orange juice concentrate we’re talking the possibility of improved heart health and decreased inflammation. The flavonoids in orange juice may help fight chronic inflammation associated with obesity.
This recipe also calls for cottage cheese, which is an excellent source of protein and contains a few (good) calories. It’s also packed with many nutrients, such as B vitamins and calcium.
The final health boost is the vanilla protein powder. This particular powder has 20 grams of non-GMO plant-protein, 23 highly bioavailable vitamins and minerals, 5 grams of dietary fiber, and digestive enzymes. Vanilla protein powder is the perfect companion for a busy life because it offers on-the-go nutrition while helping you cut calories and lose weight. Not to mention, it helps make this drink tasty and healthy!
