I just completed my first week!! This new challenge is quite different from the last as it includes food choices and a weekly minimum. When I had to walk/run/jog 90 miles, I could do 2 miles one day and 5 on another day or whatever I wanted to do, as long as I got in 90 miles in 6 weeks. This new challenge requires exercise a minimum 6 hours a week.

The last challenge was good to make exercise a habit, but this round I’m adding in lots of strength training and I think it will help get that tummy back where it should be. 🙂
