Do you like gingerbread? If so, how about a gingerbread-inspired drink in that’s also good-for-you? It even includes protein and is so tasty!
I’m all about taking baby steps to making healthier choices.

If you’re not familiar with my background, I’ve often shared my journey from being overweight with high BP and cholesterol to losing 70 pounds and getting my health under control.
No, it didn’t happen overnight, but with consistency, it did!
I’m still on my journey and every day, I make conscious choices towards better health.
By the way, just a question, I recently began an Intermittent Fasting Challenge group. Have you tried it? This is my first time with a group where the winners actually win cash prizes. I’m impressed.
I may host one later this year.
Now, onto the recipe:

Frosted Gingerbread Tea
- 4 ice cubes
- cooled ginger tea
- 2/3 cup your choice of milk (I like unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 scoop Lean Vanilla (preferred customers get discounted pricing)
- 1 teaspooon powdered ginger
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cloves
Blend and enjoy!
If you try it, let me know what you think. The protein powder that I use is called Lean and is super, super clean. You don’t need to be a distributor to get the discounted rate. Preferred customers get a super nifty discount as well. By purchasing through my link, I’ll receive a referral fee which helps to support this site and my family. I appreciate your support.
