Maybe you’re not really having a bad day, but you’re just feeling stressed and overwhelmed about things. Your mindset really makes all the difference and when you get your mind right in the mornings, it can help you have a great day every day. So, let’s look at some ways you can do that.
Six Morning Routines That Can Help You Have a Great Day:
Wake up and stretch:
You can stretch while you’re still in bed and again when you’ve gotten out of bed. Stretch your back and your arms, stretch your legs, and even your neck. It’s a great way to loosen up your muscles after sleeping and it will make you feel invigorated for the new day.
Drink a glass or two of water:
Drinking water throughout the day is important but having water first thing in the morning will help rehydrate you from the night and get you refreshed for the new day. Some people find drinking ice cold water in the morning really helps them wake up and get going for the day, too.
Start each morning by saying some things you are grateful for today. It’s a wonderful way to start your day in a good mood by appreciating the things you have.

Get your exercise:
Not everyone likes to work out in the morning so if going to the gym isn’t for you, what about a morning walk? Even just a few jumping jacks after your morning stretches can help get the blood pumping and your endorphins flowing as well. It will put you in a good mood for a great day!
Quiet time and prayer:
Starting your day with prayers and some quiet time will put you in a positive frame of mind. You can start your day encouraged, which is guaranteed for a good day.
