
We’ve been very busy lately with many things going on.
On the fitness front, I’ll reach three weeks on Saturday! I’ve only missed one day and that was from throwing out my back/hip.
I’m proud of myself this time because the guidelines are much more structured this time around, requiring an hour of physical activity every day.
Today I learned that I’ve lost another size! The program I chose for this new challenge contains a lot of sculpting and strength training, as well as aerobics, whereas before I did 90% aerobics.
I’ll be sure to post an update on the actual halfway point.
In other news, we’re enjoying our days off from school and the warmer spring days.
