I am proud of myself for sticking to it and completing 36 hours in 6 weeks! I required daily exercise, for one hour but I did it. Some days I was able to get it in first thing in the morning and other days I had to wait until naptime.
I do have my before and after pictures and Andrew said he could tell a more subtle change between weeks three and six, but there’s still a good change there.
Now I’m having my rest week (Yay) and simply walking a couple of miles each day. Walking a few miles seems easy now–the increase in activity has definitely built my stamina!
After this week, the group will start a new challenge. I’ve been focused on the fitness side, since my weight has a mind of its own, but we’ll see. At the moment, my new goal is to drop 10 more pounds by Labor Day. So by Elena’s 4th birthday party, I should be there. Our next start date is July 6th.
I created a new ticker at the bottom of the page to keep track of progress.
As for the last challenge, I dropped about 9 pounds and lost a couple of sizes, too. Yay! And baby boy is good and healthy!
