Nursing Mama? (and a giveaway!)

If you have or if you’re expecting a little Nursling, I cannot recommend this book, Breastfeeding and Fertility enough. I didn’t buy it before because I thought it was only about Breastfeeding’s effect on fertility, but after flipping through a few pages, realized that it goes into so much more! Written by an experienced Nursing Mama, it’s a very pleasant and informative read. She covers all sorts of good things brought about as a result of nursing our little babes. For more detailed info on breastfeeding in general, I continue to recommend The Womanly Art of Breastfeeding.

Since we’re on the topic of Above Rubies books, I have a book to give away!

Even if you don’t have children or if you just work with children in any capactiy, I think this book is great. Be Fruitul and Multiply really helped keep me focused while going through all the morning sickness and tiredness of pregnancy.
